Resource should have excellent communication skills and string work experience in SFDC Should have good Apex Programming Knowledge and Customer interaction experience Resource should be SFDC Dev 401 certified *SFDC Integration Lead* SFDC Integration Lead with 6-8 yrs experience. Resource should have good knowledge on SFDC Configuration, Apex Programming and Integration. Should have experience in integrating SFDC with other applications. Should be SFDC Dev certified. Should have good communication skills and should have customer management experience. Candidate should have knowledge on SFDC API's. he should have good understanding and working experience in Webservices and integrating applications through middleware technologies. *SFDC Program Manager* Program Manager with 12 to 15 yrs of overall experience. Should have experience in project Planning, Tracking, Risk Management, Customer Intercation, managing project financials. Should have experience in managing large complex projects with 25-30 resources. Should be able to lead the implementation of project from end to end Should have good negotiation skills and should understand project financials. Experience managing SFDC projects and SFDC certification is a Plus.
