If you have a matching profile, please send me the updated resume along with contact details at the earliest. *Business Analyst* *TX-Texas/Dallas* *12+ months* *Client :: 1st Global * *Need local consultant from TX only* *Mode of interview: Telephonic Followed by Face 2 Face* The role of the Business Analyst is to help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. The Business Analyst will also coach product owners. - Liaise with cross-functional teams throughout the business and technology to develop business cases that demonstrate the purpose and value of technology projects. - Work with the product owners to groom and define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and BDD/What-If Scenarios. - Work as part of the Agile Scrum team to deliver comprehensive changes to internal/external business - Analyze changes in the user stories to support the development process and communicate changes in established expectations to the project manager and stakeholders. - Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to a non-technology audience. - Analyze requirements gathered and determine gaps in technology, business processes, constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities and writing specifications. *QUALIFICATIONS* - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or financial discipline required. - *8+ years business analyst experience.* - *Financial Services Industry experience highly preferred*. - *Six Sigma Greenbelt* a plus - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must have exceptional organizational skills. - Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Must have strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently. - Must have the ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment. - Must have strong computer skills, including expert proficiency in *Excel, Project Office, SharePoint and other MS Office* applications. - Must be able to produce quality work under tight deadlines. - *PMO experience helpful*.
