Position : Jr Business Systems Analyst Location : San Rafael, CA Duration : 6-12 months *Job Description :* * * Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as the conduit between a user group (or Scrum Product Owner) and an IT development team. Analyzes complex business problems relating to systems and/or process. Partners with business users and Product Owner to identify gaps and opportunities by assessing existing IT applications, infrastructure, best practices and business objectives. Defines and documents functional and non-functional requirements and total solution proposals for business process modifications/enhancements for existing and future systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user/customer requirements. May configure Salesforce.com system settings and options. May plan to execute functional and UAT Testing. May provide ongoing support to the business community regarding application functionality, business processes and data integrity. *Principal Duties and Responsibilities* - Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. - Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization. - Analyze and initiates configurations and other changes within the system per user /customer business needs. Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, (may) perform configuration, tests, and roll-outs to business users. - Test solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria. Present and validate solution with user. Create and execute test plans, log and prioritize defects. - Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects. Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Determine resources and timeline. *Position: Siebel Developer * *Location: *San Rafael, CA *Duration: 6-12 months* * * *Required Skills:* - Siebel Developer with Minimum 5 years of Siebel configuration and EAI experience with knowledge on MQ and web services in Siebel 7.7.2 or higher version. - High knowledge on configuring Integration Objects, Data Mappers. - Good knowledge on SOAP concepts, XML and web services Experience on workflow and scripting is a must. - Experience in designing real time interfaces is a must. Must know solutioning and Application Designing concepts. - Experience in Siebel Call Center, eCustomer, echannel - Should be able to configure changes as part of Siebel configuration.
