SharePoint is a multi functional application that requires broad knowledge of other systems to implement and support the product. Having an understanding in the areas of Active Directory, Exchange, Backup/Restore, Networking, SQL, Web design, and server operating systems are required. This position also monitors the SharePoint support ticket queue to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met. Extensive knowledge of client and server side SharePoint technologies are required to support both clients and other IT Support Engineers. Development and Programming languages • Experience using PowerShell • Leverage expertise with ASP.NET, HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript. • Create and customize SharePoint workflows and InfoPath forms. • Implement custom site templates from 3rd party companies • Troubleshoot custom sites • Design and trouble shoot using SharePoint Designer Operations and Maintenance ? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with SharePoint 2010 or 2013 administration ? Maintain SharePoint 2010 and 2013 environments. ? Utilize 3rd party SharePoint tools that include Nintex workflows, AvePoint, and ShareGate ? SQL Administration o Manage SharePoint content databases in SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012 o Backup o Restore o Database Maintenance o Troubleshoot SQL database connection issues. ? Troubleshoot complex issues ? Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision. ? Excellent communication and problem solving skills ?
