Responsible for development and oversight of test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of systems including; automation framework, automation scripting guidance, standardized test architecture, and associated methodologies and process architecture, test automation strategy, end to end test automation strategy, and test environment strategy requirements. *MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * - Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components. - Establishes automation tools, frameworks and methodology. - Mentors staff in testing automation processes. - Establishes current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change. - Supervises the use of appropriate automation methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design. - Facilitates review of applications for automation needs and requirements/design quality. - Provides consultation to projects and application support groups regarding automation design, development and execution. - Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes. - Coordinate with technology teams, business analysts , developers, and testers - Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform. *TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE * - *Selenium/Protractor - Required* - *Cucumber - Required* - Front-end/Back-end development - JQuery - AngularJS - HTML5 - Watir/Ruby - X-ray - JavaScript - Ajax *EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE*: Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; 7+ years of testing automation experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
