Vikas,
Have you opened the .NET file in notepad or wordpad and verified that you've
configured the exact same router type and IOS revision that's listed there?
If you used a different IOS revision and router type, did you edit the .NET
file to match?

Experiment with your Idle-pc values for each IOS image. Usually takes me
around 6-8 tries to get things squared away for each image on a new install.
Also until you login to the router you will see a continued high plateau
for CPU cycles.

Thanks a lot. It was simply incredible. I loaded Ubuntu in no time at all

Manny,
I would also use linux for these type of things and if possible 64 bit
using ubuntu.
Probably a quad core (64-bit) with 8 Gb of RAM would work great!

Hi,
I would NOT use dynamips/dynagen/GNS3 under VMware.
VMware itself takes a big chunk out of your RAM memmory.
This RAM you need for your virtual router instances ...

If you are running GNS3 under Windows than it's pretty normal that
your CPU is at 100% all the time, even with the perfect idle PC value.
Dynamips just has poor performance under Windows as it needs to be
