Also - we have posted our PSTN configs over at our proctorlabs
support forum.
They have been there for a few years now - I believe that they are up
to date and recently posted - but I will check to make sure and if
for some reason they are older - will update them.

Would I be correct to assume that these are the physical links that
occur:
- PSTN T1 0/3/0 <--> BR1 T1 0/1/0
- PSTN E1 0/2/0 <--> BR2 E1 0/0/0
or is this not quite the case?

The telecaster user is used by the IP phone agent (XML app on the IP
Phone instead of CAD) to authenticate and pass enterprise data from
the IPCCx engine to the phone agent.
