I can't manage to get Unity to acknowledge the Ring Subscriber at Extension: transfer setting. It goes to the greeting every time for both subscribers and call handlers. I have 2 ports inbound/outbound ports configured. Any ideas what might be causing this? Greg Jost Network Consulting

Copy the filename from C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath (leave off the extension .zup) to System Device Defaults. If you use the utility to go back from H.323 to SCCP, don't forget to change your Device Defaults back to the SCCP version. I was chasing my tail on this one. Greg Jost Network
