Sara,
One thing I noticed about IP Blue that got me alot in
the beginning was even after you change the loopback
MAC Address prior to starting IP Blue it seems to
still use whatever the previous MAC was the last
session. The proctorlabs setup allows you to register
as any POD's PSTN phone not
thanks Jacob, i guess my ipblue might get registered to another pod. ..will
check out next time i use the remote lab.

I can't manage to get Unity to acknowledge the Ring Subscriber at
Extension: transfer setting. It goes to the greeting every time for
both subscribers and call handlers. I have 2 ports inbound/outbound
ports configured. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Nevermind... I'm a complete moron.
It seems like Attempt transfer for is the default in 4.2. I don't
remember having to set that.

Is it mandatory that CUE and Unity be in separate Forward Lookup Zones?

Copy the filename from C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath (leave off the
extension .zup) to System Device Defaults. If you use the utility to
go back from H.323 to SCCP, don't forget to change your Device Defaults
back to the SCCP version. I was chasing my tail on this one.

I tried that. So,
1) go to C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath and copy ATA030203SCCP051201A.zup
2) go to System Device Defaults
3) Under ATA paste in ATA030203SCCP051201A
4) reset the ATA?
It still shows as SCCP. hmm

The H.323 firmware will look something like ATA030102H323040927A.
You're specifying the SCCP load.
