Thanks everyone - I think I should ask my question in another way
I have already purchased the BLS for the voice track - it has all of the
IPEXPERT material for this track
But - I have no knowledge of voice at all - I come from the SP side of
things - means I know of routing protocols in de
When all else fails, take a look at the CCIE Voice roadmap in CCO, should
have topics listed if I remember.

Another alternative I think is to build a checklist of topics (specific
topics), and search each topic on cisco.com, and read/learn from there,
there's a lot of good information out there.

Depends on the actual lab. For example, Lab A might have 10 pts for QoS whereas
Lab B might only have 3 pts QoS.
So the points amount per topic varies from Lab to Lab. Only the passing score
it the same.

Besides reading various Voice related books. The offering from IPExpert or
other Cisco training partners are your best bet.

The IPExpert's voice workbook already provides enough information for the voice
lab. In my opinion, it has more information than you need to pass the lab
exam. If you need more fundamental information, then reading up on QoS SRND
