It would be the same as the current B-ACD script.

Hi All,
In some workbooks I saw a question to configure AA TCL script during SRST. The
setup is fine, but unfortunately I cannot find the script itself as well as the
"readme file" for it. It's not a problem to find it for a regular B-ACD script,
but not for the older script. When I tried to co
Thanks, Vik. I appreciate the clarification.

Your statement is true.
Out of interest, during the Voice Techtorial at Networkers, the
speaker mentioned that video is not a tested topic. Although this
doesn't rule out video questions in QOS, it would make it a little bit
more difficult to validate since there are not video endpoints

Kapil,
did you run the "ccm-manager music-on-hold" command on the BR1 router? I
have been told that is required for Multicast MOH even when you aren't doing
MOH from the routers flash. Hopefully someone can chime in and confirm.

You can also use "debug ccm-manager music" which is a very powerful
command.

Can you upload your configurations for the HQ router and BR1 router?
If you do a show ip mroute on your BR1 router what do you see?
What happens if you change it from dense-mode to sparse-dense-mode

That was it. I had "no network-clock-participate" on the slot with NM-HDV. But
what's interesting - all "switched" calls worked fine - calls were established,
all voice went through. Very interesting... Thank you

Depending on how you setup your PSTN router and what platform you are
using, you may need to make sure the network-clock-participate command
is setup correctly. On certain platforms this is essential to do TDM
calls.

could be a lot of different reasons , but a good place to
start troubleshooting is checking ip phone call status.
when you have your call connected to IP Phone, double press the "?" on
7940 and 7960 series to see if the call is connected and you have TX/RX
bytes , also check the TX/RX codec .
Has anyone experienced the problem, when there is no sound when any location
calls PSTN phone? I have very basic setup - 3x FR T1 (with FR switching), 2x T1
PRI, 1x E1 PRI, 1x ephone with "PSTN DNs", etc. When I call from the PSTN phone
or call to PSTN phone, it rings, everything shows up. I ans
Hi,
Can pl let me know any debug commands to confirm multicast MOH reaching BR1
Router (or Phones if possible). I checked through perfomance monitor on CCM
and could see one MOH Multicast resource active when call was put on hold but
there was no MOH on phone.
I checked "show ip pim interfac

i am wondering if i should be prepared for doing an AD Integration in the
actual LAB.
What do you, especially those who have taken the lab, think? Should i expect to
do an Integration?
