Right. I guess the scenario would be as follows: single zone no tech prefixes default or otherwise no e164 registrations no zone prefixes So in this case the only way to route calls is using the alias command in gatekeeper. This is fine with call manager because we can set the service paramet

On HQ side I can only call 911 and backinto the same number but nowhere else. I ahve double checked all my Route Pattern etc . No incoming call to HQ phones other than when I call myslef the call goes thorugh... anyone seen this before please. Thanks, Anil
