for normal route group, however, there is a catch when the calls takes
the failover path.
Let says you have called party transformation pattern 9.[2-9]XX for
BR1 local calls. Now in a scenario when your HQ gateway is down

Hi All,
I would like to use an 851 ISR router and EzVPN to connect to Proctor LAB Vrack
and they require IOS 12.4(20)T to be installed into my router. I look into
cisco.com to download it but there isn't IOS 12.4.(20) T for 851 ISR router.

I configured intercom as following : pt-intercom , css-intercom , DN 3000
3001
assigned intercom button to each CIPC phone
what happen is nothing is appeared on cipc phones after reseting phones.
(intercom lines are not displaying anything in front of phones button)

Hello!
When is a line "Remote in use", so that this text it is shown on the
phone? I just thought it should appear on shared lines, when all lines
have max calls = 1 and a call is active, but thats not true.
