Download the audiotext applicatoions document from ciscounitytools.com. It is the raw document before Cisco got to it from one of the developers. You will learn everything you need to learn about call handlers in that. Also the Unity Fundamentals book should help.

I think I vaguely remember running into this a while ago. If you run port monitor in RTMT and then make a test call you might see 10 digit ANI which is why unity plays opening greeting. Try adding alternate extension with whatever ANI you see in port monitor or set the calling party
