Check the following (supposing you are using a gk scenario, if not please
clarify):
1.- Does your phone have the correct ccs to reach the pattern?
2.- Is your ucm trunk registered to the gk?
3.- Does the gk have the correct remote zone (pointing to the right address)

This config is puzzling. There should at least be a dial peer on BR2

I have been working with Labs 3a and to get my 2811 up and running has been

Not sure what will happen if the gateways are registering with gatekeeper with

Some points.
At this time CUCM is not able to manipulate redirecting number (except VM
profile). This causes side effect in a situation when final called party is
off-net to a CUCM cloud (reached over a trunk) and redirecting number have

In my personal experience I got used to the following to gain some speed:

Yeah after it registered with the PUB I went ahead and added the SUB back
into the cluster. Restarted the UCM adn TFTP services on both and boom that
same phone registered with Sub. So I think since it registered with SCCP
before and may be it was not pulling the profile?
There was no replication
Now now- let's not get carried away:-)
Looks like root cause might be a replication issue (any weird behavior
like this normally is). See if you can register back to the SUB - if
not you should repair dbreplication from the pub cmd line.

I dont think there is ANY doubt about that. I am a huge INE fan when it

Congratulations!
So it seems to be that IPX has the best study materials for the V3-Lab.
Since July there has been 12 Voice-CCIEs on IPX Success Stories. Half of
them passed in the last 3 weeks.
Checking other vendors, none of them has so many passing students for

Take the SUB out of the CCM Group and restart TFTP and UCM services. It
looks like the configuration file is not being updated with the correct
device protocol. Also you have to assign a DN to a SIP phone for it to
register.
