Need expert guidance to resolve this on-field issue.
Main Phone (013500 exten on Line 1) assigned general vm box and can reach by
dialing *3500 from this line works fine.
Another test phone (013629) can call 013500 by dialing 3500 and vice-versa
(3629), 3629 can call VM / *3500 (general
May also be worth pointing out that your old PDFs will now longer open with the
new username/password and that you will need to re-download them - at least I
did.
Error was - Unable to get server data [FO error #2109, OS error #404]
New files seem fine though.

able to do cfwall to any other exten and to vm but not this 3500, one more
think this 3500 is Main Phone (main board number) so do you suggest checking
something.
