I was also getting this message on some of the file. After some troubleshooting, i found out that files were not completely downloaded. Seems like the download terminates suddenly, before the file has a chance to complete. I re downloaded all the wb1 files, watching each file completion

I would just do Locations based CAC (no RSVP configured) at this point of your studies. Thats gonna save RSVP, MRGs and MRGLs for now if you are at Lab6 at the moment. Create one location, assign to the BR1 phones. Set the locations B/W to 48K for two calls to start with and check this works. Then

What is the Mobile/Connect using for a Route list. If it is using Local Route Group (as I suspect) then it will use the local route group from the perspective of the calling devices, device pool. So if this is the case, BR1 Phones HQ, it maybe placing the call out via BR1s local route group.

Hi Vik, I am also seeing this in the lab. However, I did the lab per Vol 1 Lab 5C (new dial plan), so the only route pattern that is using the local route group feature is 911; everything else is using specific RG inside the RL. Therefore, I couldn't have created the local route group problem
