This has been taken care of. I just looked through my archive and saw I had same issue with SCCP to SIP where for some reason the new file was not being synched. Did the following - Removed the SUB from rotation - Removed the Phone from CCM - Restarted TFTP and CCM Services on Both - Boom it pic
