[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Ring tone for different ANI

Hi all, Is it possible to set ringtone at your IP phone for different ANI? Like when a call comes from Customer A, a different ringtone is used at the IP phone and when a call comes from Customer B the ringtone is different. Can we do it through UCCX or is there any other way to achieve this..

Angel, Your call is being restricted in the Restriction Tables for Default System Transfers. Within Unity Connection go to System Setting > Restriction Tables > and select Default System Transfer. Allow the pattern ³*² (order no. 4) . By default this is blocked. See below screenshot. HTH,
