Hi Vik,   Here is the log when I do it Ryan has moved me to rack 13 =   BR2-RTR#ser ser 0/0 shut Do you want to proceed with shutdown?[confirm] Service module is not in steady state: shutdown may not work! proceed?[confirm] Use service module reset command to recover from shutdown.
