If you are using CUBE then you shouldn't have dial peer to remote gateway, the call should be sent back to the gatekeeper, hope you've registered the HQ gateway to the CUBE zone, you only need the outvia as you are only sending calls to the remote zone so the dial peer you need would be like dial-
