I don't doubt it's used and works, however I've read numerous times that there
are issues with inconsistent behavior in the particular version of IOS they use
in the lab.

I'm having problems with phone view. I installed it the first time and it came
up ok. I had to do an uninstall of the product. Then I did a reinstall and
when I open phone view up I get the following errors, "PHONEVIEW HAS STOPED
