Some time ago I had the same question, because as I knowm the Tc interval is calculated based on the CIR and not based on MinCIR or Adaptive CIR. When the Router receives BECNs or starts the VATS, then the Tc interval is not decreased or something else. The Bc value decreases jsut and thats all. B
