We have call center and ICM 7.5 with CUCM 7.
In web view report we are getting some value in Redirect No Answer but when
agent doesn't answer it should came in Abandon Ring.
We didn't not mentioned Redirect No Answer Timer in ICM Agent Desk
Settings List.

Well, as I remember, the Scipts must not be saved in Repository from Script
Editor.
When you make upload of scripts from UCCX Web interface, it makes the
script saving in repository.

Can anyone tell me what exactly does “delay_h245_transport_address” means
in the following debug output?
This is an IPIPGW.
Does this saying that the CUBE delays the relay of H.245 transport
addresses to the far-end?
Or is it saying that the far-end has delayed sending the H.245
From script editor you can save in script repository it works.
BUT then reactive debugging option is not available.
Better to do Datucha's method.
