Are you using virtual servers? If you virtual server does not have enough resources to run, that is a symptom I have seen before. But you definitely have to check your PC Performance, Server performance, and I am assuming your network connections are good. It is most likely a connectivity issue.

The versions on the lab are not officially supported by Cisco in VMWare, but this link will give a good guideline on the requirements if you follow the 8.0 trains. Can you run CUP and UCXN on 80 Gig drives in VMWare? Probably, but I have had very few issues following the guidelines here. Also, i
