For AF classes, there's an easy trick:
AFxy => 8x+2y
It works for CS code points as well, since you can think of say CS2
the same as (non-existent) AF20.

Hi To all
First thanks so much all of you for your answers
Finally the issue was that the PUB had a different security key from the SUB ☹.
Then when I reset the security key in the SUB and the new was the same with the
PUB I followed the below steps and fixed the issue

If you rebuild the pub from scratch, it will be unaware that there is a sub in existence (even if you have added the IP address through the GUI which only grants permission). I think the only time a sub gets added to the database for replication is when you actually build it and it initializes for

You're correct there is no "spanning-tree portfast trunk" for the ESW
but what you can do with regards to the ESW is enter the command "no
spanning-tree vlan 301" or whatever your voice-vlan number is and
still meet the requirement.

Messing with NTP and disconnecting and reconnecting my PUB to my network has
caused similar issues in the past. Now I do not configure NTP on the PUB

I have not seen bypass all of the spanning tree states in IPexpert's labs

I have followed the proposed solution but

I still need the sw access mode, because there is no "spanning-tree
portfast trunk" command for the ESW and so I would lose the marks for the
vlan section because in most cases it is required to bypass all the
spanning-tree states or just that the phones should boot up as fast as
possible.

Hi craiq
Thank you very much
I will try it and will let you know
Do you know why in the admin page of PUB everything is unknown>?Is because of
the replication issue?

Try the following:

I had the same issue when I started the lab. I had never even configured a
UCCX integration in my life let alone a customer script. I did not find any
step by step guides out there that really explained the in outs. This is my
recommendation

Mark,
You can download some scripting examples from Cisco's website and learn from
them. That's what I did to nail down UCCX Scripting (By no means I am an
expert in Scripting). Here is the link below.

hi Stefen,
Thanks for the programming guide.
Is this the only information that is available? or are there other
resources learn some basic scripting?
Thanks once again.

IPexpert and myself have run into problems doing it the traditional way. But
for the authoritative source you should be looking at the LAN Switching Guide
for IOS 12.4T which confirms that recommendation. The guide you point to is
for Metro 3750 switches. The ISR routers in the lab run 12.4T

Recommed by whom? Ipexpert, I know, but the problem is that the
Proctors/Scripts which marks your lab are not from IPExpert they are from
Cisco. Therefore it should be better to follow the cisco guidelines:
