Another option is there is a FTP server available to download CUE license.
You can copy backgroud image on FTP server ( I believe it is available on
pc given for testing).
ip ftp username ipexpert
ip ftp password ipexpert
copy ftp flash:
tclsh
puts [open "flash:Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml"
