I successfully integrated CUSP with UCM and can make phone calls from the CUPC
client, but the client shows Offline (greyed out) rather than Available. Can
someone provide ideas as to what I am missing?

Great question and I'm not an expert here but as I understand it, in this
instance, 255's and 0's accomplish the same thing but 255's are the
'proper' method and 0's are an alternate way to do it.

I believe that is your presence settings, try bouncing the SIP trunk and
run the system troubleshooter, it can help you find things that you missed,
if all looks good there, then bounce the Presence server.

I finished the kevin's videos, but I have some issues that are not mentioned on

1.- MoH between HQ and BR2 is not working, is this an expected behaviour?
