Do you guys see any benefit in having 2 CCIE's (i.e. Current Voice title holders sit Collaboration lab) ? Since CCIE Voice will be a retired certification just like ISP Dial, i just wish to convert my Voice cert to Collaboration as i don't find any value in keeping 2 ccie's (voice/collaboration)

Alex - What do you mean by "ground zero?" Are you saying that effective Feb 15, 2014 I will no longer hold my CCIE Voice written (even though it will not have reached the 3 year expiration)? Do you have a reference for this?
