Yes, RSVP MTPs should be the last choice in the list so that they are not
used as regular MTPs.
As for the CUCM MTPs, they support 711 codecs only. If lab to not restrict
their usage and it suits other requirements, I'd go with this option.

Afaik you never need multicast routing configured for the Moh from flash
because this traffic has TTL=1, so it wont traverse Layer 3 boundary.
This is why you need the route attribute in the moh statement.
