It would be helpful to see your complete config. There are a few items that
need to be checked such as your voice class custom-cptone configuration,
complete sccp configuration, and your complete telephony service configuration.

Without seeing your config, have you made sure you licenses are still good and
have you ruled out any network possibilities?

I think the best thing you can do is not give up. I failed back in Oct. after I
spent a considerable amount of time prepping via the Cisco 360 program. I
definitely feel like I put too much time into one training program that didn't
seem close to what I actually experienced. Since I haven't pass

When you say refresh, do you mean changing the password
You can refresh the rm and jtapi settings from within UCCX. You shouldn't add
them manually to the PUB. To get the IPCC extension, you need to associate the
phones with the rmjtapi application user.

Hey,
I was hoping to get some input on my QoS calculations for header compression. I
have been using the Cisco 360 program, and in their exercise workbooks it takes
into account the 4 byte checksum for UDP, but I ran Wireshark in my lab to
confirm the values. From what I see, the UDP Checksum i

You are a little light on HD space, to run everything. I would go with ESXi 5
and use thin provisioning. I think you will get better performance if you use
ESXi vs Workstation. Until I got my hands on a UCS server, I built a home based

I have taken it 2 times and I was very close to making it the last

1. Have a plan on how your going to attack the exam and stick to it. My

Depending on how you setup your PSTN router and what platform you are
using, you may need to make sure the network-clock-participate command
is setup correctly. On certain platforms this is essential to do TDM
