It is my interpretation that:
1. He was referring to materials that are dumps as well as legitimate
materials.
2. He was offering to share copyright materials.

50 rack sessions equates to about 400 hours of rack time.
It is commonly accepted that most lab candidates will need in excess of
about 500+ hours of rack time completing CCIE Level Labs.
If you buy 50 Racks Sessions you should be fine and you will probably need
to buy a few more to get y
You should be fine.
But if you feel you must touch the gear - find a local Cisco Office and see
if they don't have the gear you need to work with.

Have you considered using a Sniffer like Wireshark to verify your markings
are being gotten across?
I also use access-lists and match on DSCP tos bits.
You can also re-write the markings at the port level if you feel the need
and think something is wrong on the server side.
