I have UNITY SIP integration with CUCM and I am trying to get AAR working.
When there is network congestion, my call from PSTN still uses WAN link for VM.
As SIP trunk appears to be a off-cluster calls for UCM, I added another RG
(local GW BR1) in RL for VM pilot but it still uses WAN link.

I have UCM-GK-CME setup in my lab and
1. Call from SCCP and SIP phone from HQ, BR1 to CME works fine
2. Call from CME SCCP phone to HQ/BR1 works fine.
3. Call from CME SIP phone to HQ/BR1 phone doe not work. I am getting RBT and I
see HQ/BR1 phone ringing but could not answer.
