I am trying to configure IPMA and ICD on the same phone, but when I
associate both services to phone and try to consult services button I
don't get anything in phone screen. I did change port 8009-8010 on
server.MCVD.xml on CM server but it didn't solve the issue, I did reboot
CM afte
Well maybe I did write it wrong. I don't loose ipma config, but I have
to restart tomcat to get it working again.

Every time I reboot Publisher I loose IPMA config, so I have to restart
Tomcat, is it normal IPMA operation? I am using Proctor Pods with ezvpn
connection

call routing, im getting fast busy tone with calls routed to GK.

Working on POD 18 when I try to integrate CCME with Unity, the "new
cluster option" (right click to Cisco Call Manager in UTIM) is disabled.
Anybody knows if I need to enable something else in order to get this
option enabled?
