I am on the proctorlabs rack and kinda stuck and brainfreezed. I use
hardware VPN and downloaded & installed CUPC 7.0.1 on my laptop. I am able
to login to CUPC however I can't switch presence status (shows OFFLINE) or
go to Deskphone mode.
Softphone and Voicemail appear to be working f
What drives as to how the CUE will integrate with CME or UCM - the type of
license installed on the CUE?

Have the subscriber as dedicated MOH multicast server incrementing on port
with default address 239.1.1.1 port 16384
Remote H323 gateway, with local music-on-hold wav file spoofing the above

I connect to proctorlabs using the hardware ezvpn option with a 3550
switch. I am getting these errors on the swicth ports for my 7962 phones
and it shuts; powers up with this error again and shuts -

Make sure the setting for Primary Extension on the user page looks OK. If
both the softphone and deskphone share the same extension, you should be OK
after switching the application from softphone to deskphone.
