RTP exams begin at 7:15 am, You should arrive no later than 7:00 am.
David Blair is the proctor and in my opinion is the best proctor I have
encountered at Cisco.

I think this is for Site B not Site C.
In UCON for this user un-check the set for self enrollment check box and see if
it works as expected. You will probably want to hard code the PIN if you have
not already done so and make it so it never expires and cannot be changed.
