Yes Peter, I have done all those options and they all work.

I just want to know how to configure VXML on MGCP, I have seen several
comments that it can be done, but nobody seems to know how to do it, and
there is no clear documentation about it in Cisco web page

I think this could come in handy, and a good trick up our sleeves.

Has a recent call been made?

Redial will be dimmed if there are no calls to redial...

If nothing specific is required for traffic from/to the phones, I would not
do  anything there.
Run the auto qos on an unused port.

Thanks,

Yes I have tried it under the template and under the ephone.

Have you tried to turn off privacy and enable remote-in-use sofktkey through an
ephone-template attached to the ephone? Privacy setting on ephone has a bug in
SRST mode.

I would like to build-up a step-by-step  IPMA Proxy mode checklist and
verification.

If you configure the IPMA route point (with DN a superset of Managers' DNs
like 5XXX), configure the IPMA Service Parameters
on both Pub/Sub and restart he IPMA service, ought the IPMA route point
appear as registered?
(at this stage I have no Managers or Assistants configured)

In my brief testing this usually doesn't happen (I suspect my VMs), but I
would like to confirm whether the IPMA route point should appear registered
or unregistered without any user configuration (yet).
