Hi Ante,
Make sure you are changing the Web Application password the the user. You
can verify this works by logging into the user webpage for unity
connection. Once this works check the Cupc. Look

Hi,
after configuring Presence and CUPC i have everything working excpet
Voicemail. After setting username/password under account settings for CUPC
i get this message for Voicemail: Invalid username/password or account
locked.
i checked several things:
check that Class of service on Unity Conn
