Hi Stuart - try checking redirecting number outbound on your HQ gateway - if
still an issue can you post a debug isdn q931 on hq and br2 gateways?

I am working with my lab using a centralized dialplan an my BR2/Site-C phones
have CUE (integrated with CUCM).
Everything works fine under Jtapi control and also using SIP when falling back
to SRST.
If I call from HQ to Site-C when there is not enough bandwidth and AAR kicks
in, again
