The workaround is reset the windows "IIS Service" (internet information 
service), then reopen the callmanager administrator User Configuration page and 
you will see the ICD Extension Option appears.

Hi,

During my yesterday's session on POD24 I was hit by the following bug. 
Unfortunately I didn't check which CCM SR I was having but I believe that is a 
standard one (any latest SR release during last 6 months) in all the pods.

I couldn't fix it since no Microsoft.com allowed during the exam. I appreciate 
if anybody can share the fix for the same without using the Microsoft utility.
