might be wrong on the real lab.
First the IPCC is a known issue, to resolve it go to your standard cisco
page (one available in the lab) Go to products->voice and unified
communication->customer collaboration->cisco unifi

Regarding the IPCC extension field not showing up, this is likely an error
with the lab environment. You can enable this manually by logging into the
OS console (via SSH) and issuing the following command:
