To enable the External Transfer we need: 1) Enable the "Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers" 2) Unblock the Restriction Table (Default System Transfer) for External Transfers ( * sign) This is done for Call Handler, but also can be done for the User Greetings as
