Hi All,
I can hear the audio from the CUE. Just that, instead of playing the
"Extension 3001 is not available, please leave a message" prompt. It
takes me through the login prompt (both login id and password).
Regards,
Divin

Hi Rogers,
Here's the show run from the CME.
Debug ccsip messages from CME
HQ-CUCM Phone - 5001 (CUCM=14.160.122.100/102)
CME Phone - 3001 (CME=14.160.126.77)
CUE - 3600 ( 14.160.126.85)
EU-R5-BR2#debug ccsip messages
SIP Call messages tracing is enabled
EU-R5-BR2#
EU-R5-BR2#ter
EU-R5-BR2#termi
It should not play the login prompt you are missing in some config,
Please send your cme config to see what is wrong

You're not passing the redirecting number somewhere along the path?
Something that would keep the HQ CID intact?

-> CUE
Now in this call flow, the problem is that, CUE has no idea that the
Call was forwarded. So it plays the Login Prompt.
Am I missing something here?
Any leads?
