Hello, When I call sc ph2 from another site I am getting dead air once it drops to VM. If I press the messages button from sc ph2 I hear the correct greeting. CUCM -- CUE intergration I see the CTI port on the screen of the calling phone. Any thoughts?   Cheers, Randall
