hi , i am integrating CUE ports to UCM. CTI port and Route point looks good and registered in callmanager. Also "sh ccn status ccm-manager" is good. But when i try to call 4220 and 4221 from Local Phones without going to intersite, I got busy tones. Any advice? tks
