Just a quick question, for CUPC is it mandatory to have DNS on local system to
resolve FQDN of CUPS or host file entry will be enough. OR even that is not
required.

What I do is to change the hostname to IP Address in CUPS: System
Topology
Do this before starting the services, otherwise you will need to reboot the
server.
