CME is a different story. Sorry, I don't have a good resource showing you

Another option is there is a FTP server available to download CUE license.
You can copy backgroud image on FTP server ( I believe it is available on
pc given for testing).
ip ftp username ipexpert
ip ftp password ipexpert
copy ftp flash:
tclsh
