This can be done by making your site router as the secondary tftp server.
When IP phone goes into SRST mode, it will access the ring list from the
"local" tftp server.

I don't believe that would work in SRST. The ringlist file is loaded from
TFTP, not from the CallManager. The TFTP IP address provided in Option 150
points to the TFTP server running on CUCM, which is not available when you
loose the IP connectivity to CUCM and switch to SRST.

Yes, that's already done... but no avail it still displays no
DISTINCTIVERING and no ring list configured...
any ideas?
