Hello everyone. As I know the Gatekeeper CAC does not care for the cRTP, and it only cares for Payload Size (Sampling Size).
So for G729 calls, the GK will reserve 16 kbps, whether there is cRTP or Not. But if the Sampling size is changed for instance to 30ms, then the GK will reserve 15.9 kbps for each g729 calls. I know, that GK cannot be set to 15.9, this is just for example, and to show that the GK CAC will reserve based on the Sampling Rate of the Codec.
