Jonathan is right, no calls should be active in TEI_ASSIGNED Status, could
you pls confirm that the call are not working through backup, another
gateway in the same Route-Group, or Route List with other Route Groups.

Can anyone please confirm this. I have calls working over 2 ISDN links where
one is coming up as TEI_ASSIGNED and the other is
MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED. I have had both of them working in the past on
TEI_ASSIGNED.

You should not be able to call if layer 2 says TEI ASSIGNED...
Multiple Frame Established means the D channel is up
anything else means the D channel is down... how the calls work, I couldn't
tell you.

Hi
I am working on the ISDN interfaces. ON BR1 , when the serial interface is
up and the ser0/1/0:15 is bound to CCM i get MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED on
the link. ON other links I get TEI_ASSIGNED. What is the difference between
these as I can call through both states.
