FYI, I think this is too complex to answer simply:
mls qos queue-set output 1 threshold 2 40 60 100 200
This line gives threshold 1 40% of the buffer space and threshold 2 60% of the
buffer space, total buffer space reserved is 100% and max (threshold 3) is
200%.
